Zac has been fishing the waters of the Adirondacks his entire life. He began his guiding career in 2006 gaining his USCG captain’s license at the age of 26. Zac has been guiding clients from all over the world on some of the finest light tackle and fly fishing available.

Zac’s fishing background extends from his first business venture at Jones Outfitters which he became part owner of in 2007. He’s fished the world over and has returned to one of the best resources on earth. The Adirondacks have more water than you could fish in a lifetime and offers opportunities for all anglers.

Zac’s fishing ethos is based on education, preservation and inclusiveness. He promotes catch and release fishing as well as water stewardship.
